The Problems of Print head clogging is the biggest issues during the usage.You need to put the first job and preventing the clogging,better to do this job daily .This would make the possibility of clogging more lower.Here below the procedures:
• 1, After the installation of the machine.To ensure the printer in the best status,you better print more job with Cyan Magenta,Black and Yellow color in the first 1 or 2 days.Make sure to use the CMKY 4 colors together to do the job.Give all the color the opportunity to work.And during the printing,better you put a C,M,Y,K 4 color bars in the side.This would make sure all color the equal opportunity to work,Better take out the sponge together with the moisture-keeping station during the printing job.
• 2, Keep a daily maintenance to the print heads in the end of the working day.After the daily job,to ensure the print heads in the best status,you need to make sure the uv ink is not dry out in the nozzles of the print heads.So you need to prepare it to stand the nights.So first turn off the power of the machines.And dip the cleaning sponge into the cleaning solution.This Make sure the sponge is totally wet with the solution.Pull back the carriage to the left or right end according to your uv printers setting.And put the wet sponge right under the print heads in your carriage.Make sure the button sides where those nozzles located to lightly touched into the wet sponges.Make this status happening every nights!.
• 3,The Way to solve the problems after you found your print head clogging.If you found your head clogged slightly you need to stop your printing job at once.And press the ink flushing to wash your printheads.Because the ink flushing would have some pressure to make the slightly clogged holes open.And then switch the uv-ink pipes to the injector which container the cleaning solution.Press the injector to inject the cleaning solution into the print heads.This way would wash out all the ink inside of the print heads,and would possibly wash out the clogged nozzles open.And be careful not to press the injector to violently in case you just damage the print heads.So kindly do it gently. To clean the clogging heads in time is the key to make sure your print head in healthy status .And also make sure to find out the reason of clogging.Whether it is the reason of certain brand of ink you are using or just bad maintenance.
• 4,They way to solve the frequently clogging during printing job.When you see the frequently happened white lines in your image,you should know the clogging is happening.The first thing you need to do is to press the pause key in software and press the purge key in the machine.So-called purge key in some machine also are called stop key.This would make the carriage of the print head go back to the original place neither in left nor in right.Make sure the power is still on and disconnect the pump cables to the print head boards.This way you would cut off the sensor signal from the ink sub-tanks (catridge) to the electrical board.Pull off the ink supply pipes and connect them with the injector.Just use any injector which could connect to the ink pipes.Even the big medical injector is proper for this purpose.And inject the cleaning solution to the pipes which connected directly to the print heads.Use 40ml solutions.Do this every 3 or 4 times every 10 minutes.After you do this you need to re-connect the ink pipes to the print heads and also the data cables to the boards.And the printer would come back to work after you make some ink flushing to make sure the ink reach to all the print heads.
• 5,If the above ways can not solve the problems,you have to dissemble the carriage to take off the clogging print heads.Then you take out a cups with cleaning solution in it.And dip this print head into the cup.But make sure the solution level only reach the 2 or 3mm high in the button side of the print heads.Otherwise the cleaning solution might go into the electrical parts of the print heads and make big damage to it.This way you dip the heads into the solution over 1 days time.Hopefully in this way the cleaning solution would dissolve the clogging ink inside the nozzles hole to make it open latter.After 1 days solution soap,take out the print heads and connect it to the injector and make solution injecting cleaning.Or you can now put the print heads in to the professional print head cleaner machines to clean it with solution and ultra-sonic.But you need to control the time strictly in the cleaning machines as the ultra-sonic might damage the heads.Do not suggest you to clean the heads over 3 times each time by cleaning machines.One tips to see if the print heads are cleaning perfectly or not.Just use the injector to inject the cleaning solution.And if you found each injecting stream from the print head is very straight to one direction ,that means the cleaning job is well done.Other wise if the stream from it is not to one direction that means some nozzles is not clogging.Then you better dip the heads into the cleaning solution one more days.And off course in condition the drop-on-demand piezo ceramic can work rightly in the print heads.
• 6,If you plan to stop the printer over 48 hours.You have to clean all the ink inside of the print heads.Make all it out by cleaning them with cleaning solution.Other wise the ink would dry inside of the print heads.Need to realize the dried ink is the clogging issue for the heads.A way to clean the printer totally is to follow the way below: Power off the machine.Make sure the carriage move to the left or right end of it’s original position.Put a wasted ink tank below the carriage.Dis-connect the ink pipes to the print heads.And use glass injector to inject cleaning solution into the print heads.You might just pull the wasted ink in the sub-tanks out to the wasted tank before you to do this.Cleaning the print heads with the injector 2 or 3 times with cleaning solutions.And make sure there are still some solution inside the print heads.This would ensure the heads is wet inside of their nozzles.After this is done take off the heads.And wrap them with food fresh keeping film or you could keep them in any clean and enclosed box to make sure the heads is wet inside.This way you could store the heads 1 month without any problem. So make sure the cleaning solution inside of the heads are not dry,and this is the point to protect the heads.

If you make good maintenance to your printer.You would make it working just with 3 heads in the last last end of it's life.
